Brian Canter Wins Cheyenne PBR CT Event

Brian Canter Wins Cheyenne Challenger event.

North Carolina's Brain Canter and J.B. Mauney topped the field at the PBR's Cheyenne,Wyoming Challenger event. The traveling partners had a great event taking first and second places with 90+ rides in the short go. Canter whose style has been compared to the late Lane Frost went into the final round tied for third with 88 points. He drew Thomas Taylor's great bull Pandora's Box who won their last meeting. When Rob Smets and Cody Lambert  told  Brian to stay forward and he would make his ride  , Brian listened and scored 93 points. It was the high marked ride of the event.
 Mauney who rode before Canter in the short go  took an early lead as he scored 90 .
Also scoring 90 point rides on Tuesday were Jason Bennett  and Silvanei Carvalho in the long go. Both bucked off in the final round.
 Injured in the event were:
Tyler Thomson who suffered a concussion and a separated shoulder.
Ednei Caminhas-left leg contusion.
Rob Bell-fractured ribs and liver contusion.Rob was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
